Tabernaemontana divaricata  is an evergreen shrub native to South and Southeast Asia, of the Apocynaceae family. This variety is a dwarf, not growing over 50-60cm. In cold climate  it is grown as a glasshouse plant for its attractive flowers and foliage. It wear peotic common names, such as  Pinwheel flower, for the display of its petals, or Milk flower, for the milky latex exuding from the stem when broken.

  • Tabernaemontana dwarf is an evergreen small round shape shrub, with shiny glossy green leaves. It is beloved because of its fragrant white flowers, with 5 petals arranged like pinwheels, blooming mainly in spring but flowers can appear sporadically all year.  Its natural habitats include mountain brushwoods and sparse forests.
